Fashn keeps as little of your data as possible to run a wardrobe-management product. This page is plain-language; ask us anything.
Your account email, the items you save (name, brand, images), outfits you compose, and a ledger of your AI usage for budget enforcement. We never sell data.
When you connect an inbox, Nylas — a Google-verified email provider — holds the grant to read your messages. Fashn never sees your password. We only store an opaque grant ID plus the parsed receipt data.
Email text is sent to Anthropic Claude Haiku for structured extraction. Images are sent to Replicate for CLIP embeddings. Neither provider trains on your data under their commercial agreements.
From Settings you can export a ZIP of all your data or delete your account. Deletion cascades every row and file within 24 hours.
